The postpartum period, also known as the Fourth Trimester, is the time following childbirth when the mother's body returns to a non-pregnant state. It typically lasts for six to eight weeks after delivery. Pregnancy and birth can be challenging, but caring for a newborn while recovering from both deserves specific type of support.

Ten Weeks of Care

1 individualized nutrition and herbal consult during pregnancy (1.5 - 2 hour time commitment, your home or my home office)

Two 1 hour in-person postpartum visits to assess your recovery and to answer any questions about your care, and/or baby's care. These can be scheduled at the same time as meal drops offs, or body work, to minimize disruption to your Postpartum bubble.

Unlimited emotional support via text/call (during business hours) for Ten Weeks. Any support that extends beyond the Package timeline will be billed at $70/hour.
